Skye Johnson and Molly Howells are members of ‘Riverside Reflections’, a baton twirling team based in Bexleyheath. They have been competing as duet partners for several years, and last year were placed sixth in the country in their category at the NBTA national championships, which is held in Devon each October. Recently, they qualified at a regional competition to participate in this years championships. They also enter individual and team events, with much success, each winning many trophies and medals throughout the year.

They train very hard, as baton twirling is a skilled sport, and takes a lot of practise to reach the standard they have achieved.
