Inter-House 7 a-side Football Tournament: Year 9

On Wednesday 5th May each House was represented in the first inter-house football tournament. Students arrived at Goals with their team-mates ready for action at 3.30. The teams were organised by students with volunteer captains so it was a pleasure to see such a great attendance and some outstanding organisation skills by these young adults. Particular credit goes to Freeman house who arrived with just four players but were still willing to compete. The tournament was a round robin of 10 minutes matches and referees were Mr Sheehan and Mr Hills. Extra points were awarded to houses who brought supporters to cheer them on. After an hour of hard-work and camaraderie, the results were collated and are as follows:
